Open from 10am - 5pm Monday to Sunday. You can pay for admission on arrival at the museum.
Whilst we don’t offer SeaCity Museum as a wedding and ceremony venue, our other venues Tudor House and Garden and Southampton City Art Gallery do.
Tudor House and Garden offers a unique and beautiful location to celebrate your wedding, civil partnership, renewal of vows or naming. From the unique 16th century Banqueting Hall, to the lovely Georgian Room overlooking the garden, this beautiful venue is appealing for couples who love venues with history and character. The rooms offer a romantic and intimate atmosphere, and there is so much of interest for guests to see. The garden is nestled sweetly within the old walls of the city, and many ceremony parties enjoy their photographs in the outside space.
Tudor House is a licensed venue and our catering team can provide delicious lunches, light refreshments, afternoon tea, cold buffet, canapés and drinks receptions for your guests.

Looking to get married quickly without any frills?
For now, Tudor House are offering small ceremonies with just two adult witnesses. This is a basic ceremony to complete the legal paperwork only. There is no access to the rest of the museum or the garden and posing for photographs will be limited to once you have left the ceremony.
Cost: £121.00 + booking fee + notice fees.
Bookings will be taken for the next two months only and not beyond.
