SeaCity Museum has a suggested last entry time of 3pm as we recommend that you allow 2 – 3 hours to fully enjoy your visit.  Our last visitor entry time to SeaCity Museum is 4pm as the museum closes at 5pm. Download the Titanic Trail and the Old Town Walk to accompany your visit.

On Foot
SeaCity Museum is situated on Havelock Road, on the former location of the magistrate’s court and Southampton Central Police Station. The museum is on the west facing side of the building with the entrance directly beneath the clock tower. 

By Train

The museum is only 5 minutes walk from Southampton Central Station.  Find out more about train times and and buy tickets from South West Trains.

By Bus
The museum is situated on the main bus routes with services provided by all operators which stop on Havelock Road and Commercial Road.

By Bicycle
Bicycle racks are located outside the museum on Havelock Road. 

By Ferry
The Hythe and Isle of Wight Ferry connections are located within approximately a 10 minute drive or 30 minute walk from SeaCity Museum.

By Road
Directions from the M3:

Drive from M3 to Hampshire. Take exit 14 from M3 > Take A33 to A3024 in Southampton > At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Bassett Ave/A33 > Continue to follow A33
Go through 1 roundabout > At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Brunswick Pl/A3024 > Continue to follow A3024 >  SeaCity Museum is on your left, on Havelock Road. The Civic Centre Clock Tower is a good reference point as the museum entrance is directly below it.  

Directions from M27

Take exit 5 from M27 > Take A335 to A3024 in Southampton > At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Stoneham Way/A335 > Continue to follow A335 > Continue onto Dorset St/A33 > At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Brunswick Pl/A3024 > Continue to follow A3024 > The Civic Centre Clock Tower is a good reference point as the museum entrance is directly below it.

There are a number of city car parks within easy walking distance, the closest three being West Park Multi Storey, Civic Centre Forecourt and Marlands Multi Storey. Find more information on local parking.
